Activity 6: Minto Method

Before replying to the Activity 6 email, listen to the two audio recordings. They are simulated responses to the job interview question "Tell us about a challenging situation involving a Client or Supplier, and how you dealt with it.”

In the first audio recording, the Candidate answers the question in an unstructured manner. In the second recording, the Candidate uses the Minto Method to provide a structured answer to the question.
