About Nolan
Nolan Menachemson is an ex-South African, Australian ICT Procurement Specialist based in Brisbane Australia. Nolan founded the School of Procurement in 2019 during the Covid Epidemic. The School is a response to the continued high cost and poor value for money in Procurement education and particularly in developing regions. In five years, our School Community has grown to upskill people in ten countries, with the largest Learner cohorts coming from Africa, Australia and the United Kingdom. Several hundred people undertake Nolan Programs each year.

Nolan has worked in ICT Procurement for 22 years. He contracts to Australian Government agencies to assist them in managing high value, complex Invitation to Offer Tenders. His speciality is sourcing enterprise-level software for Financial Information Systems, Telematics and Medical Diagnostics.
