A-ICT is a fully online strategic 7-week program that details the corporate professional expectation for future delivery of the globally in-demand ICT Procurement Category. Develop a commercial understanding of open architecture and serverless cloud. Use AI to move beyond Microsoft 365 applications to resolve complex Audit, Capacity, Evaluation and Pricing sourcing activities.

  • Anticipated interactions with an Enterprise Architect subject expert.

  • Understand the purpose of Middleware in software integrations.

  • Move functionally beyond the limitations of ChatGPT to Codex.

  • Use 5th-Generation AI to analyse complex Supplier pricing.

  • Get clarity on pricing SAAS Implementation Integrations.

  • Examine multiple ICT sourcing 'Lessons Learned' Case Studies.

  • Identify risks specific to Implementation contracts.

  • Discover why traditional Effectiveness Measures do not work.

  • Learn how to influence Policy surrounding use of AI tools.

  • Be conversant in ISOs 27001 (Info Security) and 42001 (AI Governance).

All Case Studies used in Nolan School are authentic complex ITO Tenders managed by Nolan as a managed service to Australian Government. We do not use theoretical ("real world") examples. Methodology in this Program is aligned with the TOGAF10 Standard.

Enrolment Requirements 

To participate in the Advanced Program, Learners are required to:

  • Be a Graduate of the Advanced Program.

  • Agree to our School Conditions.

  • Reserve 5 hours per week to learn.
